Conestoga College recognizes the achievements of its outstanding international students and is pleased to offer the following international student scholarships:

1. Guard Me International Scholarship

Apply in the Winter Semester ends at GuardMe, the provider of insurance benefits for Conestoga International Students, created this award to assist with finances for international students while studying in Canada. Six awards in total are available.

2. International Degree Entrance Scholarship

Apply in the first semester of your degree program. Conestoga College offers the International Degree Entrance Scholarships to international students in the first semester of a degree program. This award was created to assist international students who have obtained a minimum of 70% in their top six Grade 12 U or M grades or equivalent who have registered with the International Office with financial need.

3. International Diploma Entrance Scholarship

Apply in the first semester of your diploma programConestoga College offers the International Diploma Entrance Scholarships to international students in the first semester of a degree program. This award was created to assist international students who have obtained an overall average of 80% in their final year of high school and 80% in their admission ranking.

4. International Diploma to Graduate Certificate Scholarship

Apply in the first semester of your post-graduate program. Conestoga College offers the International Diploma to Graduate Certificate Scholarship to international students who have successfully graduated from a Conestoga diploma program and enrolled in a post-graduate program and in their first semester.

5. International Student Scholarship Application

Apply in September. Conestoga College offers this Scholarship to students who will begin their studies in a post-secondary program in September each year.

6. The Narhari Sharma Memorial Award Nomination

Submit a nomination in the Winter Semester . Mr. Narhari Sharma was a symbol of love, wisdom, strength, vision, courage and selflessness. He was gentle soul who lived to help others; had an amazing thought process and was a true leader. Education and equality were two of his key values. This award was created to recognize a student who demonstrates the following qualities:

  • wisdom, strength, vision, courage and selflessness

  • going out of his/her way to help others achieve their goals.
