Eligibility
- The James Berdet Brown Memorial Scholarship is open to US citizens, qualified aliens and individuals lawfully present in the US.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a Tennessee College of Applied Technology credential program.
- He/She must have completed admissions requirement.
- Applicants are required to have a confirmed start date that is before the next scholarship application deadline date.
- Applicants will be selected based their academic merit and

- Preference will be given to a displaced worker.
- Candidates must maintain a minimum enrollment of 30 hours per week.
