Eligibility:

  • Applicants from all nationalities are eligible except Australia and New Zealand.
  • Candidates must have applied for a qualifying graduate coursework degree.
  • Applicants must be commencing study at the University of Melbourne for the first time.
  • He/She must not receive any other tuition fee remission scholarship or sponsorship which, in combination with the IPCA, exceeds 100% of tuition fees.
  • Applicants must not have received any other scholarship provided by the Australian Government in the last two years.
