Eligibility:

  • The applicants for the University of Helsinki Scholarships, 2023 should be citizens of non-EU/EEA countries.
  • The candidates should not have a permanent residence status in the EU/EEA area.
  • The applicants should be eligible for the University’s master’s program.
  • The candidates should meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and residence permit for Finland.
  • The applicants for the University of Helsinki Scholarships, 2023 should have excellent results in their previous studies and prove this in their application.
  • The University of Helsinki Scholarships, 2018 are offered in four categories:
    • Tuition fee + Living CostsGrant (13,000 / 15,000 / 18,000 + 10,000 EUR)
    • Tuition fee (13,000 / 15,000 / 18,000 EUR)
    • Half of the tuition fee (6,500 / 7,500 / 9,000 EUR)
    • The Living Costs Grant (10,000 EUR)
