University of Windsor Students’ Alliance International Student Leader Scholarships in Canada


Education is very important if you want to be an independent person. Taking into account this fact, the alliance of the students of the University of Windsor is now offering the leading scholarships of international students for the academic year 2021/2022. The purpose of the financing program is to provide an educational fund to all international students who wish to carry out courses of undergraduate studies in UWSA. The Alliance of Students of the University of Windsor (UWSA) is the full-time undergraduate student union at the University of Windsor. The UWSA has chosen representatives that serve students in several ways. Why should I apply to the Alliance of Students from the University of Windsor? UWSA works to ensure that all qualified students can obtain a post-secondary education, regardless of their financial situation.

Why Leader Scholarships?

Each year, UWSA offers $ 10,500 in scholarships and scholarships. This year, we have increased that amount and increase the number of individual scholarships available to recognize the additional need derived from the Covid-19 pandemic. UWSA scholarships are delivered according to academic performance, extracurricular activities, or community participation. All undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. To be eligible to request a scholarship, you must be a member of UWSA in the semester of winter 2021 or had been one in the autumn semester of 2020. A member of UWSA is a full-time undergraduate student. The full-time is defined as taking 4 or 5 courses. This includes JD and MD programs. Applications will open the week of February 8, 2021, and will be opened until March 14, 2021. Requests will be submitted through the Qualified Form. For each scholarship you request, you must provide a description of you and why you think you should receive the scholarship. Your presentation is limited to 3,000 characters. Have your presentation ready in a Word document before opening the qualified form.

The Alliance of Students at Windsor University will provide an amount of award of $500 to successful candidates for undergraduate study.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must choose a course of bachelors in a subject offered by the University
  • Must be an international student who has shown excellent capabilities as a leader through participation on campus.
  • Must be a member of UWSA in the winter semester 2021 or had been one in the autumn semester of 2020. A member of UWSA is a full-time undergraduate student.
